Custom & Consecrated Items Policy:
Due to the personalized, handmade, and spiritually consecrated nature of our practice items, each piece is crafted and prepared specifically for the individual. Therefore, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference.
Defective or Damaged Items:
We only accept returns, replacements, or refunds if an item arrives damaged in transit or possesses manufacturing defects. If this occurs, please contact our support desk ([email protected]) within 7 days of delivery with photos of the parcel and product.
Digital goods
Digital downloads, courses, and streamed content are generally non-returnable once accessed, except where required by applicable consumer law.
